Wellness is Moving Your Body
Morning motivation to keep your body moving. Stagnant bodies have stagnant energy. You might find yourself feeling less inspired to create, work, take care of yourself, simply bc you're sitting on your ass too much. Sometimes the right song can get your body moving whether you like it or not, get that playlist together!
Another thing that works well for me is the jump rope. Even though I've sprained my ankle badly, it still works and this as my all time favorite cardio workout. I feel like a gazelle!
Wellness is not the same as health, but how you feel in totality, mental, emotional, physical balance and fulfillment in life.
Think about how "well" you feel and if there's a need somewhere, do something about it, you deserve that. #leadwithlove
